Refund Policy

Undelivered Services

If a service has not started, you are eligible for a full refund. Just contact support and reference your order ID.

Partially Delivered Services

For partially delivered services, we provide a prorated refund based on the portion not delivered. Coaching sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours notice are fully refundable.

Disputes

If you're unhappy with the quality of a delivered service, contact support within 7 days. A real human will review your dispute and issue a fair resolution.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to us first — we resolve nearly every issue without the need for a chargeback. Repeated chargebacks without contact may result in account suspension.
