ProGamer.Coach provides coaching, mentoring, strategy consulting, gameplay assistance, in-game item marketplace listings, and player improvement support across a range of supported games. Services may vary by game rules and availability.

2. Game Rules

Customers are responsible for following each game's terms of service. We do not guarantee outcomes that violate any game's rules, and we reserve the right to refuse, modify, or refund services that conflict with publisher policies.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the service fees you select.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Conduct

You agree not to harass coaches, share account credentials with third parties, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProGamer.Coach is provided “as is”. We are not liable for in-game penalties, account actions, or damages arising from a customer's violation of a game's terms of service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
